how to give place to a river + urban farm?
what can this project do for a context of previous brutal transformations? give new meaning and quality?
how can it contribute to a new kind of presence of nature in the city? ecological armature

River Senne channeled under the city, effort to gradually daylight and embed back in the city. Project taking a (radical?) position to redirect all the water from the underground koker into the new park, and provide the spatial conditions (width, depth, landscaped berms) to function as a natural dynamic element in the park. Its changing form viewed and experienced from different angles and settings. a high and a low quay promenade on the side of the canal and old port, while on the other side natural berms become a green armature flowing into the north district: a grass field by the water, path in the green, neighbourhood facilities, an open-air tribune in front of the school. a green boulevard crossing over the river connects to the deeper part of the park

farm as counterpart, small in scale but diffuse use of the park, with presence of animals everywhere. +++ explain supports + how this forms the landscape
